We’re starting with xylitol, a market worth over $1 billion USD, setting the foundation for our production process. Once scaled to a pilot plant, we will begin developing other sugar substitutes from agricultural waste, using enzymatic and fermentation processes: xylooligosaccharides (sugar fibers), allulose, and erythritol—each developed one at a time to ensure quality and efficiency. After scaling sugar substitutes, we’ll initiate production of oleogels to provide sustainable, healthy alternatives to trans fats.
